What data this website collects
The current website has no user accounts, patient portal, document upload or medical-results form. Phone, WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to the relevant external service.
WhatsApp and external services
When you use an external link, data may be processed under that service's policy. Do not send test results or sensitive information in your first message.
Receiving results
Results are available as printed copies at the laboratory or, at the client’s request, by WhatsApp or email. Turnaround time depends on the test and is communicated by the laboratory. This website does not store or display medical results.
Instagram assistant
For DM continuity, we keep encrypted minimal context: the test mentioned, topic, language and pending question under a pseudonymous identifier. Active memory expires within 3 hours of session creation; new messages do not extend it. We do not archive message text, contacts, documents or results in this memory. OpenAI may process the question and context to formulate replies from laboratory information, with store: false. The 3-hour limit does not cover Meta history or providers’ technical retention.
Technical data
The hosting provider may process technical data needed for security and operation, such as IP address, request time and basic browser information.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated visit and page-performance statistics. It uses a technical beacon, sets no cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept measurement in the privacy panel. It is used for general statistics on visits and clicks on phone, WhatsApp, social media and directions. The measurements defined in this website's code use a generic address and title instead of the page visited; they do not include search text, test names, messages, laboratory results or health data. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in the website configuration.
Your choice
Rejecting measurement does not limit the website. You can change your choice at any time through the Privacy button; withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes analytics cookies accessible to the website.
