Can I come without an appointment?
Yes. The laboratory does not use appointments; patients are welcome to walk in during opening hours.
When and how do I receive my results?
Turnaround time depends on the test and is communicated by the laboratory. Results are available as printed copies at the laboratory or, at the client’s request, sent by WhatsApp or email.
How can I pay?
We accept card and cash payments.
What are the sample collection hours?
Samples are collected throughout opening hours: Monday–Saturday, 07:00–18:00. Follow the laboratory’s and your doctor’s instructions for test-specific preparation.
Do you offer home sample collection?
Yes, home sample collection is available. Contact the laboratory by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a visit.

Do not send test results through forms or in your first message.
Start with only the test name or a practical question. Our staff will guide you to the appropriate communication method if needed.
